Hi, I’m David Pierce.

And this is my website. You may know these things already.

I’m the Editor-at-Large at The Verge and one of the hosts of The Vergecast, the flagship podcast of that feeling you get peeling the sticker off your phone’s screen.

Before that, I went to school at the University of Virginia, where I studied American Government. After, like, a week of studying American Government, I decided American Government was not for me. So I started writing. I worked with David Pogue at the New York Times, wrote for PCMag and the Washington Post, and was a Deputy Editor at The Verge, a senior writer at WIRED, a personal technology columnist at the Wall Street Journal, and the editorial director at Protocol. It’s all much more fun than American Government.
